This Compound's two large interconnected courtyards separate three distinctive homes: Colores, Adoré, and Linde. The connecting external stairway passes through mature pines and a dense Virginia Creeper hedge, then opens onto park-like landscaping. Views toward the east are of the 30-acre wooded Fort Marcy Park with its 360 degree vistas. To the south are glimpses of cascading roof-tops, the Santa Fe Cathedral, and Sandia Mountains beyond.
Colores and Linde have shaded, flower-filled outdoor cooking/socializing areas with tables and BBQs. Linde's single-level patio is fenced, providing safe play space for children and an occasional pet.
These three homes offer both privacy and connectedness and may be booked separately or together to accommodate up to 16 people and 5 cars. Additional on-street parking is by permit.
