COLORFUL GUESTHOUSES IN COLORFUL SANTA FE
The objective of our Colorful Santa Fe Guesthouse Project is to provide places which help expand the enjoyment and appreciation of you -- our guests -- in Santa Fe. We feel we can best do this through making available evocative, comfortable, and convenient vacation rental accommodations tailored to your individual needs, preferences, expectations, and aspirations. We believe our homes, with their close proximity to Santa Fe's principal attractions and with their careful attention to comfort and aesthetics, can make this possible.
I hope, in the near future, to consummate a web-site dedicated to my life of international travel and deep professional involvement within disparate cultures. It is this essence-of-life-experience that brings me to offer the quality of local/international perspectives and accommodations visitors will cherish -- and return to time and again.
My life experiences also form the framework for our philosophies and policies here and now:
- We will make every effort to optimally match our guests' accommodation-and-special-needs-requirements with our available facilities. We will control our costs and margins to assure that we provide quality accommodations and services at highly competitive prices--a "must" for travelers who wish to immerse in the culture at hand.
- We will actively assist our guests, to the fullest possible extent, in experiencing fulfilling, interesting, and memorable interactions with Santa Fe and northern New Mexico--and sometimes, beyond.
In exchange for this commitment, we ask the following of our guests:
- While you are our guests, please enjoy our places--and respect and care for them; on your departure please leave our homes tidy and all furnishings and contents in the good condition they were on your arrival.
- All of our homes are smoke-free facilities. For those who must smoke, do so only out-of-doors and at a distance to the homes. We request that you place your cigarette butts (and other smoking debris) in our strategically placed sand-filled outdoor containers.
- All homes are maintained as smoke, fragrance and dander-free in consideration of potentially allergic guests.
- Our homes are an integral part of the neighborhood. We request that guests adopt/observe a "good neighbor philosophy" with those who live here full-time -- be respectful of close neighbor's needs for peace and quiet both mornings and evenings...and be open and friendly with (and considerate of) whatever good resident folks you encounter in your experiences here.
- Guests are enjoined to partake fully of this wonderful place where we live; we are grateful for your giving us the pleasure of helping you do so.
- Normal check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. We need the intervening time to properly prepare homes for same-day incoming new guests. If circumstances allow us to relax these times so that you might arrive early or leave late, we will gladly do so.
