Bookings are secured by a 50% non-refundable deposit; balance due on arrival. 
This deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm the reservation.

All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Weekly minimum stays and special rates apply for major holidays and some seasonal events.  Please inquire. 
Discounts for stays of more than seven days may be available--except for June, July, August, and major holidays/events.
